I don't often write reviews but standard care has been hands down one of the best care agencies in terms of providing support and compassion. My mother has been with several care agencies in the past and no one has taken time to get to know her, she had different carers coming to her with other agencies and with someone whose bedbound, it was very frightening. Standard care have ensured to pair her up with a care worker who she gets along with and the bond they share is special. The office staff update me regularly and pay close attention to any changes in my mum, they go above and beyond to do things that are not even required of them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
